When Tomas and Léo were born they were quickly transferred to the intensive care unit at Fudan Children's hospital.

This is Leo, rest in peace baby.

This is Tomas shortly after he was born, he only weighed 870g (or 1.7lb).

His nappy was bigger than he was!

These are some of the doctors that looked after them.

And some of the many many nurses who loved them like their own

This is Tomas getting ready to leave, he has lived in the incubator behind for 12 weeks.

The nurses were really sad to see him leave but really happy he was coming home with us, their miracle baby!

So finally on December 27th we said goodbye to Fudan hospital and all the amazing people there who cared for Tomas and Léo and we took Tom home!

First webcam call where he met his Great Grandfather, his Aunty Claire and said Hi to his Grandparents again.
